R2Bolein.com is a digital connection platform exclusively. It facilitates introductions between verified palm olein refineries and verified importers only. The platform does NOT act as a buyer, seller, agent, broker, trader, or party to any trade transaction whatsoever.
- No Liability for Disputes
R2Bolein.com bears absolutely NO responsibility, liability, or obligation of any kind arising from any dispute, disagreement, loss, damage, fraud, non-payment, non-delivery, quality discrepancy, force majeure, or any other issue between buyer and seller. All disputes are solely between the buyer and seller.
- No Warranty on Information
R2Bolein.com makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness of any information, product specification, price, certification, or document shared by any registered member on the platform.
- Independent Verification Responsibility
Both buyers and sellers are solely responsible for independently verifying each other's identity, legal registration, financial standing, product quality, certifications (Halal, RSPO, ISO, COA), and compliance with all applicable laws before entering into any trade contract.
- No Escrow or Payment Responsibility
R2Bolein.com does not hold, process, guarantee, or take responsibility for any payments, Letters of Credit (LC), bank guarantees, advance payments, or any financial instruments exchanged between buyer and seller. All financial transactions are exclusively between the two parties.
- Compliance with Laws
Each registered member agrees to fully comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations governing trade, import/export, food safety, customs, taxation, anti-money laundering (AML), and sanctions. R2Bolein.com is not liable for any member's breach of applicable laws.
- No Middlemen Policy
This platform is exclusively reserved for direct palm olein refineries and direct importers. Any registration by traders, agents, brokers, or middlemen is strictly prohibited. Misrepresentation of business type will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
- Data Privacy
By registering, members consent to R2Bolein.com storing and processing their provided information for the sole purpose of facilitating trade connections on the platform. Member data will not be sold or shared with any third party outside the platform without explicit consent.
- Account Suspension Rights
R2Bolein.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion if any misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, platform misuse, or violation of these terms is identified, without prior notice and without any liability.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which R2Bolein.com is registered. Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any platform-related disputes.
- Amendment of Terms
R2Bolein.com reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms and disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Force Majeure
R2Bolein.com shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, government actions, internet outages, or acts of war.
