- Registration Information: Company name, address, country, city, contact person name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, company registration number, business details, and product/pricing information you submit.
- Verification Information: One-time verification codes sent during registration, login, and password reset.
- Usage Information: Login activity, Connect activity, and general Platform usage data, collected for security and service improvement purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate your account and provide the Platform's core service (connecting Refineries and Buyers)
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud
- To send essential account communications (verification codes, credentials, password resets, connect notifications)
- To display permitted information on public-facing pages (e.g., country only, on Buyer/Refinery Network pages; product/price/specification details on Browse Prices, never contact details)
- To review account quality and investigate potential misuse, per our internal review processes
3. What We Never Publicly Display
Your company name, contact person name, email address, and phone/WhatsApp number are never displayed publicly. They are only revealed to a specific Buyer, for a specific listing, for a limited time window, after that Buyer completes a valid Connect action.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal or business information to third parties. We may share information where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or with service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g., email delivery, hosting), under confidentiality obligations.
5. Data Security
We apply industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data storage, restricted server-side-only access to sensitive data tables, and secure password hashing. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot fully guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
7. Your Rights
