R2B Olein exists to enable direct, trustworthy trade between verified palm olein refineries and buyers. To keep the Platform valuable and trustworthy for everyone, all Members agree to follow these rules.
For All Members
- Provide accurate, truthful information at registration and keep it up to date.
- Do not misrepresent your business type — this Platform is exclusively for direct refineries and direct buyers, not traders, agents, or brokers.
- Do not attempt to bypass the Connect mechanism to obtain another Member's contact details without a valid, paid (or free-tier) Connect action.
- Do not use information obtained through the Platform for purposes unrelated to genuine palm olein trade.
- Treat all counterparties professionally and in good faith.
- Report any suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive behavior to Connect@R2Bolein.com.
For Refineries
- Submit accurate pricing, specifications, and certification information for each SKU listed.
- Honor the price and validity period stated at the time of submission to the best of your ability.
- Respond to legitimate buyer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe once connected.
For Buyers
- Only initiate a Connect when you have genuine trade interest.
- Do not use the Connect mechanism to harvest refinery contact information for resale or unrelated solicitation.
Enforcement
Violation of these rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at R2B Olein's sole discretion, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
